At Industrial man,we can make different size of exhibition models, and the surface can be made varied according to different clients.Industrial man import this kind of machine since 2015,which consists of 5-axis advanced machining centers especially designed for shipyards specific needs. A wide range of models and cutting heads enable to meet any kind of dimensional and technological requirement. The shipyards who chose Belotti's Navy machining centres incremented their constructive quality and efficiency shortly; furthermore, the quality of working environment has greatly improved, thanks to the various accessories offered with the machining center, such as effective dust suction equipments and active/passive safety systems.
Mold, a variety of molds and tools used in industrial production for injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, die casting or forging, smelting, stamping, etc. to obtain the desired product. In short, a mold is a tool used to make a shaped article. The tool consists of various parts, and different molds are composed of different parts. It mainly realizes the processing of the shape of the article by changing the physical state of the formed material. Known as the "mother of industry" title.
Divided into metal molds and non-metal molds according to different molding materials
Metal molds are industrial parts, using various presses and special tools mounted on the presses to produce metal parts of the desired shape or parts by pressure. These special tools are collectively referred to as metal molds.
(1) Blanking die The material is separated along a closed or open contour. Such as blanking die, punching die, cutting die, slit die, trimming die, cutting die and so on.
(2) Bending mold A mold for bending a sheet blank or other blank along a straight line (bending line) to obtain a workpiece of a certain angle and shape.
(3) The drawing die is a die in which the blank of the sheet is made into an open hollow member, or the hollow member is further changed in shape and size.
(4) Forming die A mold in which a blank or a semi-finished workpiece is directly copied and formed in the shape of a convex or concave die, and the material itself produces only a partial plastic deformation. Such as bulging die, shrinking die, flaring die, undulating forming die, flanging die, shaping die and the like.
Non-metal molds are divided into: plastic molds and inorganic non-metal molds. According to the different materials of the mold itself, the mold can be divided into: sand mold, metal mold, vacuum mold, paraffin mold and so on. Among them, with the rapid development of polymer plastics, plastic molds are closely related to people's lives. Plastic molds can generally be divided into: injection molding molds, extrusion molding molds, gas-assisted molding molds, and the like.
